Dublin Community Event Explores Practical Ways to Assist Others

Dublin will mark World Humanitarian Day with a community programme examining practical methods of helping people through difficult situations.

The programme will be held at the Church of Scientology & Community Centre of Dublin and will explore communication, organisation and constructive assistance.

The event reflects the view that humanitarian action is not limited to major emergencies. Neighbours, families, volunteers and community organisations can also play an important role when someone needs support.

The methods presented are connected with the Scientology Volunteer Ministers programme, established by Mr. L. Ron Hubbard as a religious community-service initiative.
